  • How do the best leaders use listening, and what impact does this really have??
  • How can I influence others more?

If there is one 'superpower' you need to learn, it is deep listening. Based on recent neuroscience and coaching methodology, this webinar explores listening as the number 1 leadership and influencing behaviour. Think about it - we are never taught to listen, we just do it. As it turns out there is listening and well, real listening. The impact of a good to great listener is very powerful, and others who are listened well to are engaged, have greater access to their own listening and build deep loyalty to the listening leader.

What you will take away:

  • A deep understanding of the neuroscience of listening

  • How do the best leaders use questioning, and what impact does this really have??
  • How can I create a powerful action focus for myself, and within my team?
  • How can I convert more leads into new team members?
  • How can I better manage objections from prospects?

Great questioning is the second leadership 'superpower' you need to learn if you want to achieve success in this business. Based on recent neuroscience and coaching methodology, this webinar explores questionig as the number 2 leadership and influencing behaviour. Just like listening, we are never taught how to question well, we just do it. As it turns out tthedefault questions we often use drive poeple to problem rather than solution. This results in lost leads, or team members that complain more than do. This is a critical webinar for anyone wanting to build a powerful new repertoire of questions that drive to action and results, yet maintain respect and engagement.

What you will take away:

  • A deep understanding of the structure of powerful questioning
  • The application of these new questions to engaging yourself and those you lead towards action
